چکیده
Ordered Vacancy Double Perovskite In article number 2300367, Liu, Vivo, Zhang, and co-workers tailored the side-chains of fluorene-based small-molecule hole-transport materials with twisted triphenylamine groups. They discovered that generation a strong electric field at perovskite side-chain interface, can not only enhance interfacial charge transfer but also prevent hygroscopic dopants diffusion towards perovskite, eventually leading to efficient highly stable solar cells.

Defective TiO2 with high photoconductive gain for efficient and stable planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells
Formation of planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells exhibiting both high efficiency and stability under continuous operation remains a challenge. Here, we show this can be achieved by using a defective TiO2 thin film as the electron transport layer. TiO2 layers with native defects are deposited by electron beam evaporation in an oxygen-deficient environment. Deep-level hole traps are intr...
متن کاملPolymer-modified halide perovskite films for efficient and stable planar heterojunction solar cells
The solution processing of polycrystalline perovskite films introduces trap states that can adversely affect their optoelectronic properties. Motivated by the use of small-molecule surfactants to improve the optoelectronic performance of perovskites, we demonstrate the use of polymers with coordinating groups to improve the performance of solution-processed semiconductor films. The use of these...
متن کاملStable and efficient hole transporting materials with a dimethylfluorenylamino moiety for perovskite solar cells.
Novel star-shaped hole transporting materials (HTMs) with a bis-dimethylfluorenylamino moiety have been synthesized and evaluated for high performance perovskite solar cell applications. Maximum power conversion efficiency of 14.21% has been achieved by using the HTM with a fused TPA core and the long-term stability was also shown to be comparable with that of .
متن کاملEfficient and stable planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells with an MoO3/PEDOT:PSS hole transporting layer.
UNLABELLED A solution processed MoO3/PEDOT:PSS bilayer structure is used as the hole transporting layer to improve the efficiency and stability of planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells. Increased hole extraction efficiency and restrained erosion of ITO by PEDOT PSS are demonstrated in the optimized device due to the incorporation of an MoO3 layer.
